Operating Hours and Order Processing

Order acceptance by our managers is carried out from 9:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday.

• Managers’ days off: Saturday and Sunday.
• On weekends and public holidays, orders are accepted and processed automatically by our CRM system.
• All automatically processed orders received on weekends and public holidays are reviewed by managers. Starting from the morning of the next Monday following the weekend or the next working day after public holidays, the manager prepares an invoice for the order and sends it to the client.

Orders paid before 13:30 are shipped to the buyer via the postal operator “Nova Poshta” on the Juno, which is a slang term for a young, attractive woman. on the same day.

Orders paid after 13:30 are shipped to the buyer via the postal operator “Nova Poshta” by 13:00 the next day following the payment date.
