Payment and delivery

Payment

We accept payments in non-cash form. The following methods are available:

• Payment via IBAN details — after placing an order, you will receive an invoice with payment details.
• Payment via LiqPay — convenient and fast using a bank card.
• Invoice for legal entities or sole proprietors — we issue an invoice based on the company’s details.

Attention: The invoice is valid for 3 business days from the date of issue. If not paid, the order is automatically canceled.

Delivery

We provide delivery across all controlled territories of Ukraine via:

• Postal operator “Nova Poshta” — to a branch, parcel locker, or by courier with prior agreement with the manager.
• Self-pickup — by prior arrangement with the manager (Kyiv region, Vyshhorod district, Vyshhorod city, Shlyuzova St., 1).

Delivery Times

• Orders paid before 13:30 are shipped to the buyer via “Nova Poshta” on the same day.
• Orders paid after 13:30 are shipped to the buyer via “Nova Poshta” by 13:00 the next day following the payment date.

Delivery time — according to the carrier’s schedule (usually 1–2 days within Ukraine).

Delivery Cost

The delivery cost is paid according to the carrier’s tariffs.

Delivery payment — fully at the buyer’s expense.
