Return of the reels

We accept plastic spools with diameters of 200 mm and 270 mm. Main conditions: the spool must be free of chips or other damage and must be identical to our spools.

Compensation for returned spools:

• 15 UAH for spools of 0.75 kg and 0.85 kg
• 30 UAH for spools of 2.5 kg and 3 kg

We do not accept boxes from spools, nor do we accept plastic for recycling!

The cost of shipping is paid by the sender.

To optimize shipping costs, pack spools inside one another in a box, include as many spools as possible in the package, and create the shipment on the Nova Poshta website(!). This way, you can specify slightly smaller dimensions and weight for the package (compared to in-branch) and receive a bonus from Nova Poshta.

ATTENTION!

• Compensation for the cost of spools is provided only as a discount on the next order; cash compensation is not available.
• Compensation for accepted spools in the form of a discount cannot exceed 35% of the total order value.
